Lighthouse Wins 2026 Inter-School Spelling Competition

We are proud to announce that our Grade 5, 6 and 7 team secured 1st place in the 2026 Inter-School Spelling Competition, on Friday, 12 June, at Northfields!

The learners delivered an outstanding performance, achieving a final score of 41 points, finishing 8 points ahead of Northfields, the runner-up. The students demonstrated exceptional preparation and consistency throughout the competition, making only two errors across all rounds.

This achievement is particularly meaningful considering last year’s competition, where Lighthouse narrowly missed the top position by a single point!
