Our Community

Parent Community

Our parent community, including the Class-Parent Liaisons (CPLs) and the Parent Committee, works closely with the school to nurture meaningful relationships between families, staff and students.

Alumni

Our alumni are an important part of the Lighthouse family, while volunteers regularly give their time, skills and love to support school life. 

Partners and Supporters

We are grateful for our many partners and supporters, such as The Good Shop, a social enterprise second-hand clothing shop, Mauritian and international tertiary education institutions, local churches and international Christian organisations that share and support our vision. 

Service Day

Our community also extends beyond the school gates: each year, we take part in initiatives such as International Coastal Cleanup Day at the Point aux Piments beach and our Service Day, when students and staff join forces to clean the streets of Calebasses.

Donors

Above all, Lighthouse is blessed by a generous community of donors whose support funds many of our initiatives, namely our scholarship fund.
