Lighthouse New School Principals Appointed for 2027

We are delighted to announce that we have appointed our new School Principals for January 2027:

Mr Yogesh Caulleechurn, current Secondary Curriculum Leader and teacher at Lighthouse, will be our new Secondary School Principal, while Mr Nico Matthee has been appointed as Primary School Principal.

Mr Caulleechurn has been in education for over a decade, with a Master’s in Leadership and Education from Liverpool John Moores University and considerable experience in curriculum and strategic leadership.

Mr. Matthee has been in education for over twenty years, with remarkable leadership experience in international settings.

We are absolutely confident that both school principals will be excellent additions to the Extended Leadership Team, alongside Mr Wikus Botha as Head of School.

Together, they will ensure that Lighthouse continues to flourish.

We wish Mr Yogesh and Mr Nico every success in this new position.
